"Richard made the experience of switching over from Progressive quick and painless. I recently purchased a new car and shopped around for the most affordable plan, as I knew my premium was going to increase regardless due to the brand new automobile. After submitting my quote inquiry online, Richard called me the next day and I had my new, cheaper plan established in less than 20 minutes. I couldn’t be more pleased with the process, and I recommend Richard and State Farm to everyone. Update: changing my review to 1 star. State Farm made a mistake with my renters insurance where they made a typo with the name of my apartment complex. Due to this, my apartment, unknowingly to me, has been charging me a $40/month fee, saying that because the name of the apartment on the insurance doesn’t match the true name of the apartment, I’ve been in violation of having valid renters insurance this entire time. When I brought this to the attention of State Farm, they corrected the mistake, but refused to take any ownership or accountability whatsoever, much less reimburse me for the fees that THEY caused with their negligence. Is this how you’re trained to treat your loyal customers?"
